Standard Return Policy

We strive to design and manufacture products that meet your needs, and we are confident that you will enjoy our offerings. However, we understand that occasionally, your expectations may not be met. If this is the case, please apply for a return within 30 natural days of product delivery, and familiarize yourself with the following terms and conditions related to product returns and exchanges.

Clearance items, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For issues such as missing or incorrect items, or product quality concerns, please provide a photo of the packaging with the SKU visible, as well as a photo of the shipping label or tracking number when contacting us. This will help us resolve your issue as efficiently as possible.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be purchased from the Airuidu official website: airuidu.com. Products bought from offline stores or other channels are not eligible for returns under these terms and conditions. 

Items must be returned in their original quality and function. Only unused and unopened products are eligible for a full refund. Please include all original tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, and any packaging and accessories provided with the order.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Incomplete product packaging.
  2. Returned items are damaged, missing, soiled, lost, or incomplete.
  3. Returned products’ labels, accessories, product identifiers, manuals, invoices (if applicable), and original packaging materials and attachments are incomplete, otherwise, usmile reserves the right to refuse the return.
  4. Products that are not defective and have been opened or used

Please ensure that the items are well packaged in their original condition to avoid damage or loss during return. Airuidu is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.

  1. Timely Delivery of Returned Goods: Returned items from the same order must arrive at once; usmile reserves the right to refuse returns that are delivered in multiple shipments.

  2. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges: If the return or exchange is due to quality issues, incorrect products, or missing accessories, airuidu will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our online customer service or email us at service@airuidu.com for consultation. If the return is due to personal preference or incorrect color, the customer bears the shipping costs.

If all the above conditions are met, we will refund the price of the returned goods; however, please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If the returned items do not meet all the above conditions, no refund will be issued.

Return Process

If you need to return a product within 90 days of receipt, please contact our online customer service or our customer service team at service@airuidu.com for consultation. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos for review. Our customer service will contact you within 1-3 business days to inform you of the outcome of your return request. Once approved, please return the items by courier within 3 days, along with all items that meet the return conditions, and ensure the goods are undamaged. Our warehouse will inspect each returned item according to the "Conditions for Returns" above. If the returned goods meet our conditions, we will refund the agreed amount (typically the actual price paid for the products, minus necessary costs such as shipping) to your original payment account.

We require that the return is sent via a signed-for courier (a courier that provides a Proof of Delivery, or POD). Without this, the warehouse will not be able to track the package, which may result in the inability to process a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations Before Shipment

 usmile may cancel your order before shipment. In this case, we will refund the canceled items as quickly as possible. Order cancellation can occur under various circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect order details or other related information.
  • If there is a reasonable suspicion that the funds involved in the order are from illegal sources or if the transaction is abnormal, illegal, or requires cancellation by regulatory authorities.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests. This policy is in place because our fulfillment and shipping systems process orders quickly, ensuring that you receive your products promptly.
