Shipping Timeline
At Airuidu, we understand that timely and efficient delivery is crucial to serving our esteemed customers.
We process all orders within 24hours, and most packages are shipped within 36 working hours. The estimated delivery time is approximately 5-15 days.
We can deliver to P.O Box.
To optimize and streamline the delivery process, please note that items in your order may be shipped at different times depending on availability. Typically, shipments are made within 1-2 business days following the shipping date. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date, and delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events or adverse weather conditions. For a safe and reliable shopping experience, we may need to verify orders with customers, which could cause delays.
Additionally, shipping times may vary depending on your distance from the distribution center and stock availability. Should you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately before your package is shipped.
Shipping Charges
United States:
- Orders of $0-$59.99 will incur a shipping fee of $5.99.
- Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
If you need signature service or you are in Hawaii or Alaska states, we will incur more.
Europe:
- Orders of $0-$59.99 will incur a shipping fee of $5.99.
- Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
If the shipping address is incorrectly provided due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped.
This email will include your tracking number, allowing you to track your order directly on the carrier's website. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you do not receive an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team at service@airuidu.com.
Damage Compensation
usmile is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. If your goods are damaged or lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Before filing a claim, if your items are damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Please refer to our Return Policy here.
Risk and Loss
All items purchased from us are subject to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to customer upon our delivery to the carrier. usmile monitors and records all reports of missing, absent, erroneous, or damaged items. Lost, missing, or erroneous/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered. For erroneous/damaged items, photographs must be submitted. usmile reserves the right to limit and/or deny reshipments and/or refunds of any order/item under any circumstances. In the event of a courtesy reshipment, the reshipped order is not eligible for return and/or refund.
